Anger comes from other things

Anger Problems, Co-dependency, and Self-Esteem Counseling

Anger serves a purpose, it is a protective coping mechanism that sometimes becomes automatic. The problem as you know, is when anger interferes with your relationships, work or job, and ability to cope with general frustrations that you see don’t bother others as much. The anger comes from somewhere. The key here is that through the therapy process we explore how anger has helped you in the past, and through cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing, what other emotions are fueling the anger. I have been very effective at helping clients gain more control over their anger and find a great sense of self-awareness, self-control, to leading a more fulfilling and satisfying life. Both men and women experience problems with anger. Anger, especially for men, can be a symptoms of depression brewing under the surface.
